Please be careful because grapes have resveratrol which some docs ask to avoid in late pregnancy, especially if you have gestational issues like me. It is always safest to drop a quick message to your gynac and check.
Normally, anything around 120/80 mmHg is considered safe and fine. But please monitor it regularly because my BP spiked suddenly in my third trimester, and it became a complication. If it goes above 140/90, call your doctor immediately.
