My scan showed a corpus luteum cyst and im TTC since few months. Got confused if this means anything, like is it a sign baby is there? thoda googling kar rahi thi but everyone says different. someone explain?

Got to know on my scan that i have a small fibroid and now im a bit tensed. gynac said its nothing to worry but i keep thinking about it. anyone here went through pregnancy with fibroids? how was it managed.
