Me and hubby planning since few months and someone said his health matters a lot too. So whatever helps improve his side, we want to start. Any lifestyle or diet tips that worked for you all?
Vomiting has been really bad this week and someone at home suggested ondem. Im in first trimester and dont want to take anything without being sure. Will check with my doc but wanted to know if others were given this.
