Might sound very basic but i genuinely had this doubt and no one to ask properly. Pls clear it, im just confused na.
Delivered my baby around 5 weeks back, normal delivery. Bit shy to ask the doctor directly so asking here. When is it safe to be intimate again? Mommies who been through this pls help.
My report showed low vitamin d and doc mentioned a supplement. Im not sure if i should start it right away ya wait. Anyone else was advised this, when did u begin?
