I've been having a sore throat and thinking of using Betadine gargle, but I'm pregnant now. Is it safe to use Betadine gargle during pregnancy, or should I look for other options?

Doc gave me folic acid and im also having some multivitamin which has it too. Now im worried am i taking double dose by mistake. Can it be too much, anyone faced this?
