I've just found out I'm pregnant, and I'm experiencing some mild cramping in my lower abdomen. It feels a bit like period pain. Is it normal to have cramps during early pregnancy?
I've been feeling a bit feverish lately, but it's very mild. I'm wondering if a mild fever can sometimes be an early sign of pregnancy? Has anyone else experienced this?

My MIL keeps giving me walnuts saying its good for baccha ka dimaag but I feel she gives too many. Is there a proper amount per day or can I eat as much? Dont want to overdo it.
