My doctor mentioned an NST test for later in pregnancy. What is an NST test in pregnancy, and why is it performed? I want to understand what to expect.
Honestly nobody warned me about half the stuff im going through, the weird smells, the mood swings, the random crying. First time pregnant and feeling like i was not prepared at all. Tell me the things u wish someone had told u!
First trimester tiredness is hitting me hard, i could literally sleep 10-11 hours and still nap in the afternoon. MIL keeps saying too much sleep isnt good for the baby. Is sleeping this much actually a problem or is it just my body needing rest?
Since two days my throat is paining and feels scratchy, no fever though. Im 16 weeks. Is this just a normal cold thing in pregnancy or does pregnancy itself cause it? Trying to avoid taking anything on my own.
