My allergy and cold is really bothering me and i used to take montek lc before. Now im 10 weeks and scared to take anything without checking. Did anyone take this in pregnancy, ill confirm with my doc also.
off and on i get this mild chest tightness and im not sure if its acidity or a pregnancy thing. im 16 weeks. does this kind of discomfort start around now for most? if it gets worse i'll talk to my doc but wanted to hear from u all first.
Im in my 4th month now and barely gained 1-2 kg. My saas keeps saying you should eat more, baccha kamzor hoga. Is that enough or should it be more by now? Curious what others gained.

Yaar mujhe bohot craving ho rahi hai pizza aur burger ki, 5th month chal raha hai. Ghar pe sab keh rahe bahar ka mat khao but ek baar khaane ka mann to karta hai na. Kabhi kabhi khaa lu to chalega ya bilkul avoid karna chahiye?
