I heard that guava is a healthy fruit, and I'm wondering if I can eat it during my early pregnancy. Is guava good and safe to consume during the first trimester? I want to make sure.
As my pet is growing my belly button is sort of popping out and i can see some dirt collecting inside. Scared to poke around now in pregnancy. How do u clean it safely?
