I love mishti dahi (sweet yogurt) and was wondering if I can eat it during pregnancy. Is mishti dahi safe to eat when pregnant? I want to be sure.
Jamun season is on and mujhe bohot pasand hai. But my MIL said avoid it during pregnancy, im 4 months now. Is there really any problem with jamun or she is just worrying for nothing?
