My family has a trip planned, but I'm in my first trimester. Is it generally safe to travel during this early stage of pregnancy?
I enjoy having oats for breakfast, and it's a healthy option. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm just confirming if it's completely safe to have oats regularly during pregnancy.
Saw HIV listed in my first trimester blood test report and got a little startled na. Is this a standard test they do for everyone or did my doc specifically order it? Just want to understand.
