I would advise visiting your gynac before trying anything else. They will check your thyroid and vitamin levels which are very important for conception.
Mild pink or brown spotting can sometimes be harmless cervical irritation or implantation, but bright red bleeding with cramps is a red flag. As a nurse friend, I highly recommend calling your obstetrician immediately for a quick check. Don't wait to see if it stops on its own.

No yaar sneezing wont harm the baby at all, the amniotic fluid protects everything. Sometimes you may feel a little pull near the belly later on, thats just the round ligament. Totally normal, dont stress.
