My friend was asking me if it's possible to conceive a baby even when a woman is on her period. I was not sure, so can people conceive during menses?
Mujhe ice cream khane ka bahut mann karta hai, especially in this weather. Can we eat ice cream during pregnancy? Is it safe to have it sometimes?

My gynac added a DHA capsule on top of the usual ones and now im taking like 3-4 tablets daily. Is DHA really that important or can i skip it? Feeling its a lot of supplements honestly.
