I took a pregnancy test at 6 weeks and it came back negative, but I still feel very pregnant. Is it possible for a pregnancy test to be false negative even at 6 weeks? I'm worried.

I used to run every morning before and it really keeps my mood good. Just found out im pregnant, only few weeks in. Thoda scared if running is okay this early, anyone kept it up?
We just started planning and im trying to understand the right days in my cycle. My periods are mostly regular so that part is fine. Can someone explain which days are best, thoda confused with all the calculations.
