My back has started aching quite a bit, and I'm only a few months into my pregnancy. What are some safe and easy ways to help relieve this pregnancy-related back pain?
5 weeks here and my nipples have become so sensitive, even the bra rubbing hurts. Is this a pregnancy thing or something else? matlab does it stay like this throughout?
