I'm in my early pregnancy and experiencing some cramping, but it's not as severe as my usual period pain. Are pregnancy cramps supposed to be as painful as menstruation cramps, or are they usually milder?
My doctor mentioned something about an epidural for pain relief during labor, but I don't really know what it is. Can someone explain to me what an epidural is and how it works during pregnancy and delivery?
