It is great for back support, but make sure your sleeping position is safe. Always ask your gynac if you are allowed to sleep in certain positions if you have any complications or pain.
With twins, my belly was so huge I looked like a walking beach ball, so a pregnancy pillow was non-negotiable! It was the only thing that kept me from rolling over. My husband complained it took up 80% of the bed, but I didn't care at all, haha!
