First time trying and i honestly dont know much about this. Is the home kit enough or should we go for blood test at lab? Pls share what worked for u.

Was told i have a small uterine polyp during a checkup and now im worried about how it might affect my pregnancy. Doc didnt seem too concerned but mera mann nahi mana. Has anyone here conceived with a polyp?
Im around 6 weeks and getting these mild cramps in lower pet on and off. No bleeding or anything but it makes me a little tense. Is this normal in early days? thinking to ask my gynac also but wanted to hear from u all first.
At my last scan the doc mentioned baby's growth is on the lower side and used this term. i didnt fully understand and now im worried sick. can anyone explain what it actually means? planning to ask more on next visit.
