Hi, I'm 1 weeks pregnant and is amla good during early pregnancy?. doc what should I do? Any advice from other moms-to-be?
All my scans have been normal so far and im thankful, but my mind keeps going to things that might not show up in tests. Is there stuff that scans just cant catch? maybe overthinking but it stays in my head.
Im 8 weeks now and honestly thoda scared hu. Heard some women lose it around this time and my mind keeps going there. Is this the risky phase or am i overthinking? anyone been here?
My kamar pain is killing me these days, 20 weeks now. I usually use hot water bag for relief but suddenly got tension if its okay near the pet. Is it safe or should I avoid?
