I'm curious about the internal changes that happen during early pregnancy. What exactly happens to the uterus once conception takes place and the baby starts to grow?
I had my first baby a couple of years ago, and now we are thinking about trying for a second. What are some things I should do to prepare my body and myself for a second pregnancy?
