I just got diagnosed with a subchorionic bleed and I'm feeling so anxious and scared. My doctor said it's common, but I still can't stop worrying. Did anyone else have this in their first or second trimester and go on to have a healthy baby?
Listen, don't stress too much, but you should definitely go to the hospital if you experience bleeding, severe cramping, or sudden fluid leaking. Even if you run a high fever, just call your doc. For delivery, once your contractions get regular and painful, pack your bag and go!
Don't rush to buy kits the morning your period is late. Give it 3 to 4 days minimum so the hCG hormone can build up properly in your body. Testing too early just leads to unnecessary panic and double-checking.
Since I had a C-section, my stitches took a long time to heal completely. I didn't do any core workouts for almost 6 months, only gentle walking. Please don't force your body, let the internal healing happen first.
Oh dear, please don't take Norflox TZ! It's actually not safe for the baby. Don't stress, just drop a quick message to your gynac and they will tell you exactly what safe medicine you can take instead. Get well soon!
