I love swimming and it helps me stay active. I'm in my first trimester and was wondering if it's safe to continue swimming during early pregnancy.
I've heard that periods stop during pregnancy, but I'm unsure about after delivery. When do periods typically resume after pregnancy, especially if I am breastfeeding? Does it vary?

Asking because im just over a month and spotting started, im really tense. Wanted to know if doctors give any medicine to support the pregnancy at this stage. Im planning to see my gynac tomorrow but couldnt sleep so asking here.
