I am feeling a bit low these days and struggling to stay positive during my pregnancy. Do any of you have tips on how to keep your spirits high and feel happy? I want to enjoy this special time.
We are trying this month and im counting days like crazy. Ovulation was about a week ago and now i keep noticing thoda heaviness in my breasts, maybe im just imagining it. How early did symptoms actually start for u all?
Mera mind is running all the time, so much tension about delivery, baby health, everything. Im in my 6th month and i really want to relax for the baccha. What helped u stay calm?
My saas keeps giving me gud after meals saying it is good for pregnancy and for iron. I do like it but thoda confused if too much is fine. Anyone eating jaggery regularly during these months?
I have been craving namkeen and chips a lot this trimester, eating way more salt than usual. Now im a bit worried it might affect something. Is it really bad or thoda okay?
