My doctor prescribed iron tablets when I found out I was pregnant. I'm now in my third trimester and wondering if I need to continue taking them until delivery. When is it usually safe to stop?
I've been told I have a tilted uterus, and I'm currently pregnant. I recently experienced some light spotting, which has made me quite worried. Can a tilted uterus cause bleeding during pregnancy, or should I be concerned about something else? Has anyone else with a tilted uterus experienced this?

Constipation is killing me these days and my MIL keeps suggesting senna tea ghar pe. I havent taken it yet, want to know if its actually okay during pregnancy before i try anything.
