I recently delivered via C-section, and during my conceiving journey, I learnt that only one sperm is required to fertilize the egg. However, a good count is needed for that one to reach. Always stay patient and talk to your gynac for clear guidance.
I traveled during my 6th week and everything was fine, my toddler is now 2! Just ensure you don't lift heavy bags and take frequent breaks. But yes, always ask your gynac once before booking.
Headaches are mostly due to lack of sleep, dehydration, or skipping meals. Instead of buying expensive balms, just drink plenty of water, have a warm cup of milk, and rest in a dark room. Try keeping your screen time low, it costs nothing and works great.
I totally understand your fear, dear, we always want to do what is safest for our precious little babies. In our culture, elders often tell us to avoid nuvvulu in the first trimester. Just to keep your mind at peace, you can avoid them for the first few months and then eat a little bit later.
I've actually started wheezing a bit at night now that I'm in my 2nd trimester, and it is making me so anxious. I feel like my chest is getting tight, has anyone else also experienced this suddenly during their pregnancy?
