I've been feeling a bit unwell and my nani is suggesting some ayurvedic medicines. I'm in my first trimester and concerned if they are truly safe for me and the baby. What do you all think about ayurveda during pregnancy?
Its only been about a week since we tried and im already itching to test, sabar nahi ho raha. Will the result be reliable this soon or too early? someone pls tell.
Newly married and we arent really preventing anything, so every month i get curious. Just confused about the right time to actually test for accurate result. When did u all check?
