Oh god, I remember constantly checking myself in the mirror and searching on Google about this because I felt mine weren't growing fast enough! Actually, everyone's body is so different. For some it starts in the 1st trimester and for others it happens much later, so please don't stress over it.
My mother-in-law was very strict about avoiding outside junk food, but my doctor said having pizza once in a while is perfectly fine. Just make sure it is from a hygienic place and well-cooked.
