Have to travel next month for a family function and Im in my second trimester. Slightly nervous about walking through those security scanners at the airport. Has anyone flown while pregnant, did u just go through normally?
Haan, airport scans ka toh bohot tension hota hai. Mere doc ne bola tha ki walk-through metal detectors are usually safe, they use low-frequency electromagnetic fields. But the full-body scanners (millimeter wave) are also generally considered safe, but if you're worried, you can always request a pat-down. That's what I did for peace of mind.
