I recently had a miscarriage and my husband and I are heartbroken. When is it generally considered safe to start planning for another pregnancy after a miscarriage?
My period is a few days late and suddenly my breasts feel so sore and heavy, even touching hurts. Havent tested yet. Is this a normal early sign or just PMS? Pls share ur experience.

Made til laddoos at home and then saas said avoid til in pregnancy, it can cause problems. Now im confused, is it actually unsafe or just an old belief? Im in second trimester.
