Constipation is so bad these days, kuch din se properly nahi ho raha and someone suggested enema. Im 7 months and bit scared if it can cause any pressure or harm to baccha. Will check with doc but wanted to hear if anyone tried it?
My mother-in-law strictly told me to never take enemas at home during pregnancy. She said it can put pressure on the uterus and cause cramps. Please ask your doctor for safer ways to clear constipation.
According to my pregnancy trackers, enemas can stimulate pelvic blood flow and lead to preterm labor, so they are generally not safe unless done under medical supervision. Try tracking your water intake and eating fiber-rich food instead.
When my toddler was in my tummy, I had awful constipation but my doc told me to avoid enemas completely. They can cause uterine contractions, which is risky. Try having high fiber foods and trust me, it gets better!
I have heard that enemas are not very safe to use when you are pregnant. It is always better to be gentle with our bodies and ask a gynecologist before trying anything like this.
During my admission, the hospital staff specifically told me that home enemas are a big no during pregnancy. If you are facing severe constipation, please consult your gynac clearly so they can prescribe a safe laxative.
Oh, please avoid enemas at home! 🙅♀️ They can be quite risky during pregnancy because they might trigger contractions. Better to ask your gynac for safe syrups or powders instead! 💕
Actually, self-medicating with enemas is risky and can lead to emergency hospital visits which cost a lot. Just spend a little on a doctor's consultation or ask them for a safe prescription syrup instead. It is much safer and cheaper in the long run.
