This is a bit awkward to ask but my nipples have been staying erect and feeling very sensitive these days. Period is slightly late too. Could this be an early pregnancy thing? anyone else noticed this before testing?
My doc said the hormones cause breast and nipple changes, darkening and tenderness, often quite early. But none of it confirms pregnancy by itself. The reliable answer is still a test after your period is missed.
