Are headaches possible during first 3 weeks of pregnancy?
I think im very early, maybe just 3 weeks, and ive been getting these dull headaches almost everyday. Not sure if its pregnancy or just stress. Anyone had headaches this early on?
Yes, headaches are a common early symptom of pregnancy. This is often due to increased blood volume and hormonal shifts. Make sure you're well-hydrated, getting enough rest, and managing stress. Avoid triggers like strong smells or bright lights if they bother you. If they become severe or persistent, always consult your doctor.
Bilkul! Headaches are very common in early pregnancy. Don't worry too much about it, unless it's really severe or accompanied by other symptoms. It's mostly hormonal. Just make sure you're eating properly, resting, and drinking enough water. Paracetamol is generally considered safe if doc permits, but check with your gynac first, always.
Yaar, actually yes, totally possible! I had headaches too in my early weeks, even before I knew for sure. It's all because of the crazy hormonal changes happening in your body, na? Also, sometimes dehydration can cause it. So, drink lots of water and if it's really bad, ask your gynac which painkiller is safe.
Haan beta, mere saath bhi hua tha. When I was staying ghar pe with mummy, I used to get mild headaches sometimes very early on. Mummy used to say it's because of the body changing and adjusting. Just make sure you're resting well and drinking enough water. If it's too much, maybe tell your doctor.
Oh yes, headaches are very common. Hormonal changes, stress, dehydration – all contribute. Try to manage it naturally with rest and water, because every little medicine or extra doctor visit costs money later. Save your energy and money for the important tests and delivery. If it's really bad, then of course, consult your gynac, but for mild ones, try home remedies first.
I totally understand this feeling, dear. The body goes through so much change even in those initial weeks, and headaches can definitely be a part of it. It's your body adjusting to the beautiful journey ahead. Just make sure you're taking care of yourself, resting, and staying hydrated. Sending you lots of warmth and positive thoughts.
