I'm craving gobi manchurian very badly, but I'm pregnant. I wanted to check if it's safe to eat gobi manchurian during pregnancy, or if I should avoid it.
I had a D&C procedure some time ago, and now we are planning to try for another baby. I'm worried if it will affect my chances of conceiving or carrying a future pregnancy to term. Has anyone been through something similar?

Heard butterfly exercise is good for normal delivery. Im in 2nd trimester now, just wondering kab se start karna chahiye? Dont want to begin too early or too late. Anyone who did this, when did u start?
