I used some Inlife supplements before pregnancy and still have bottles at home. Now after positive test I stopped everything except what doctor gave. Has anyone asked gynac about these products?
I wouldnt rely on a community to clear a specific brand. Supplements arent all regulated the same way. Best is to show the exact product and its ingredient list to your doctor and let them decide. Better safe than sorry in these 9 months.
Honestly with any supplement or health product brand, dont take it during pregnancy without showing it to your gynac first. Even 'natural' ones can have ingredients not advised in pregnancy. Take the bottle and ask the doctor directly, that's the safest.
I used to take a few supplements before pregnancy and stopped everything once i conceived until my doctor reviewed each one. I'd suggest the same here, get that specific product okayed by your gynac before continuing. Dont assume it's fine just because its sold openly.
We cant really vouch for a brand's safety yaar, and pregnancy isnt the time to guess. Carry the product to your next visit and ask your gynac if it's okay to continue. If they say no, just pause it, no harm in that.
