Saw kiwis at the fruit shop today and remembered ppl saying they are healthy. Im in my first trimester and trying to add more fruits. Are they actually good for us now or should i stick to regular ones?
Kiwi has a moderate sugar so even with my GD I could have a little. Just dont have too much fruit at once, balance it. Was a nice change from the usual apple banana for me.

Yes kiwi is fine and good for digestion too, helps with the constipation issue. I ate it both times. Variety of fruits is best, dont stick to just one.
