My face has suddenly broken out so badly this week and my period is also a few days late. im hoping its a good sign honestly. did anyone else get sudden pimples before they found out they were pregnant?
Honestly yes, my skin broke out badly in the early weeks and I felt so frustrated. It was the hormones doing their thing. It calmed down later, so hang in there.
Pimples can happen due to hormone changes but its not a confirm pregnancy sign on its own. I got them in one pregnancy and clear skin in the other. Dont go by pimples, just take a test after missed period.
Hormonal pimples are common, I just kept my face clean and used mild products. Didnt put any strong creams without checking. If you want to use any acne treatment during pregnancy please ask your doctor first, some arent safe.
