I add tomatoes in almost everything i cook and now im eating them raw too, cant get enough. Suddenly worried if too much is fine during this time. Is it okay?
Tomatoes are great yaar, full of vitamins and good for iron absorption. I had them in everything. Just wash well and if they give you acidity, go a bit easy.
