Im really worried and overthinking this whole thing. There was just a touch, no actual intercourse happened. My period is slightly late now and im panicking, can this cause pregnancy?
If there is sperm involved and it reaches the vaginal opening, there is a small chance even from just contact. Without ejaculation near there, its very unlikely. If you are worried, just test after your period is due.
I used to overthink these exact scenarios when I was younger, so I get the worry. Honestly waiting and testing was the only thing that calmed me. You will be okay, just check when its time.
I can only say what I understand, the chance is low without ejaculation but never exactly zero if sperm is around. Dont stress yourself with what ifs. Take a test after the missed period and you will know.
