I used to take this occasionally for sleep before pregnancy and now im scared since i didnt know i was expecting. Im going to ask my gynac for sure, just wanted to know if others faced something similar. Quite worried tbh.
This is a prescription anxiety medicine and it is really not something to decide from a forum. Please do not start or stop it on your own. Call your doctor and tell them you are pregnant so they can guide you safely.
I wouldnt touch this kind of medicine without my gynac and the prescribing doctor both signing off. Stopping suddenly can also be risky, so dont do that either. The safest step is a call to your doctor today.
I understand needing something for anxiety while pregnant, it is so hard, and you are not alone. But these medicines need close doctor supervision. My doctors adjusted my whole plan when I conceived, so please speak to yours before anything else.
