Can anemua woman travel mountain in 5 month of pregnancy?
I'm anemic and also five months pregnant. We were planning a trip to the mountains, but I'm worried about the altitude and my condition. Is it safe for an anemic woman to travel to the mountains during the fifth month of pregnancy?
My health tracker app says traveling to altitudes above 8000 feet is not recommended during pregnancy, especially with anemia. It can trigger severe dizziness. Definitely check with your doctor before booking.
Oh, please be careful! I am also in my 5th month and my doctor advised against high altitudes because of oxygen levels. Are you planning to go very high, or is it just a mild hill station?
I am planning a pregnancy and also have low hemoglobin sometimes. I would honestly be too scared to travel to mountains because of the altitude. Is your doctor okay with this plan?
Nahi beta, aisi halat mein pahado par jana thik nahi hai. Khoon ki kami hai toh chakkar aa sakta hai. Doctor se pucho pehle, rasta bhi kharab hota hai.
Whoa, hold your mountain-climbing plans, sister! Anemia means less oxygen in your blood already, and mountain air has even less. Better to chill at a nice resort nearby and eat beetroot halwa instead, haha.
Actually, high altitudes have lower oxygen levels, which can be dangerous if you are already anemic. My doctor explained that low oxygen can cause breathlessness and affect the baby's oxygen supply. Please consult your gynac first.
