I have been craving dahi bhalla so badly these days, almost every evening i think about it. Im 5 months along. Just want to be sure the curd and the fried part is fine for now. Anyone had it during pregnancy?
I had to watch my sugar so I kept the sweet chutney light, but the dahi part is fine. If you have any sugar issues just go easy on the meetha. Otherwise homemade is totally okay in moderation.
We make it fresh at home and it was a comfort food for me during pregnancy. Curd is cooling and nice. Just keep it hygienic and not too cold, and you're good.

Haan beta you can eat, curd is good for digestion. Just dont take it too cold straight from fridge, let it come to normal temperature. And keep the bhallas freshly made.
