My urine test report showed sugar in it but my blood sugar was apparently okay, doc didnt seem too worried. I got confused matlab how can sugar come in urine then. Did this happen to anyone else?

Oh God, as if morning sickness isn't enough to worry about, right? My gynac always checked my urine for sugar in every appointment. She said a little bit is okay but too much needs attention. Best to ask your doctor what's normal for you.
