Can heavy exercise be done before pregnancy is known?
I do gym regularly with heavy weights. Now period is late and I think I might be pregnant but I was lifting all this time before knowing. Thoda tension ho raha hai, did it harm anything? anyone been in same situation?
If you're actively planning, please tone down the heavy gym routines. You don't want unnecessary complications that lead to expensive emergency doctor visits and extra scans. Simple free home exercises are best!

Honestly, if u are trying to conceive, better to avoid heavy lifting or intense cardio. I was so weak and nauseous later that even normal walking felt tough. Listen to your body and go easy.
