Just got my thyroid report and tsh is showing 11.5, im a bit tensed honestly. We are trying since few months. Has anyone conceived with high tsh like this? Planning to show my doc soon.
Please dont take this lightly, a high TSH should be treated and monitored. I had complications when mine wasnt controlled. Your doctor can usually bring it down and then guide you on conceiving safely.
I wouldnt want to give false hope or fear here, thyroid affects everyone differently. With my conditions the doctors always wanted my numbers stable first. Definitely get it managed under a doctor before trying more.
A TSH of 11.5 is quite high and mine was raised too when we were trying. My doctor got it controlled with medicine first before we continued, and then it happened. Please see your gynac or endocrinologist, getting it in range really matters for conceiving and the baby.
