My period is late, and I'm feeling some signs, so I'm very excited! What is considered the most reliable or best way to confirm a pregnancy? I want to be sure before I share the news with my family.
My mom keeps telling me akhrot is good for baby brain so she gives me a handful daily. But how much is actually enough na, dont want to overdo it. anyone counting theirs?

Just got my thyroid report and tsh is showing 11.5, im a bit tensed honestly. We are trying since few months. Has anyone conceived with high tsh like this? Planning to show my doc soon.
