I used to walk around 40 mins every morning before I got pregnant, now im 7 weeks and not sure if I should keep going at the same pace. My mom keeps saying to slow down but I feel totally fine. Anyone here who kept walking through pregnancy?
You can continue beta, walking keeps the body active and helps later in delivery too. Just listen to ur body, if u feel breathless or any cramp then sit down and rest.
I asked my gynac the same and she said walking is great as long as my pregnancy is normal. I do 20-25 min daily, comfortable shoes and lots of water. But pls confirm with ur doc once based on ur case.
Mostly it's safe but i had some bleeding early on so my doctor told me bed rest for few weeks. So just check with ur gynac first whether ur case allows it, every pregnancy is different.
Haan yaar walking is totally fine, actually it helped me with my constipation and sleep also. Just dont go in too much heat, evening walk is better na.
Walking is honestly the safest thing u can do. I walked till my 8th month both times, just kept it slow and stopped if i felt tired. No running or jumping, simple walk is best.
