Apricots are fine in moderation, they have good iron and fibre. We used to soak dry ones overnight at home. Just dont eat a big handful at once, and if you have sugar issues check with your doctor.
Dry apricots are a bit pricey but a few are enough, no need to buy a lot. They helped with my constipation in last month actually. Keep it simple, a couple a day is plenty.
Just be a little careful with dry fruits since they are high in natural sugar. I had GD so my doc limited them for me. For normal pregnancy a few are okay.
