Omelet is like my favourite breakfast and i was having it almost daily before pregnancy. Now im not sure if its safe and how well it should be cooked. Anyone still eating eggs regularly?
Yes beta, egg is very good for you and baby, gives strength. Just make sure it is cooked nicely and fresh egg. We always make a proper hot omelet, no problem.
Yes but make sure it's fully cooked, no runny yolk. A well done omelet is great, good protein. I ate it almost daily for breakfast. Just avoid half cooked eggs during pregnancy.
Omg yes, omelet was my go to craving. Loaded it with veggies and cheese haha. Only rule my doc gave was cook it well, no gooey center. Enjoy yaar, it's a solid protein meal.
My gynac said eggs are excellent in pregnancy for protein and choline, just always fully cooked to avoid any infection risk. So no runny omelets or sunny side up. Cooked through it's one of the best easy meals.
