I have a habit of chewing saunf after every meal, helps with my gas problem. Now that im 9 weeks i suddenly got doubt if its safe in this much quantity. anyone else still having it?
Actually yaar, normal saunf after dinner is perfectly fine. Just don't go having those herbal fennel teas or supplements, those can be risky. Normal kitchen use is totally cool.
