Craving paneer chilli so badly since morning but its restaurant style and thoda oily and spicy. Im in second trimester. Will it be okay or should i avoid? someone pls tell.
Actually I had it a few times from a good place and was totally fine. Just dont go overboard with the spice yaar, heartburn is no joke in pregnancy. Fresh paneer matters.

You can have it occasionally, just make sure the paneer is fresh and properly cooked. Avoid too much oil and chilli as it triggers acidity. Home made is even better.
